The Service, including but not limited to all software, source code, design, user interface, algorithms, AI prompts, processing methods, documentation, and related materials, is owned by and remains the exclusive property of John Choy / LemiscateMind.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your legitimate medical communication purposes.

• You will not rely solely on AI-generated content without professional review
• You will comply with all applicable medical practice laws and regulations
• You will maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

The Service generates text based on input provided by users. It does not:

• Ephemeral Processing: All data is processed in-memory only and deleted immediately after use

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LemiscateMind, John Choy, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Medical malpractice claims related to your use of generated content
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Limit access based on usage patterns or technical requirements

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which LemiscateMind operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
